1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Quick Currency Converter mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quick Currency Converter is a currency conversion application that provides:

• Real-time currency exchange rates
• Multi-currency conversion calculator
• Customizable currency lists and preferences
• Premium features, including ad-free use, all supported currencies, and the Pro widget via subscription
• Multi-language support
• Limited usage analytics for service improvement

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App and make any purchases.

4. User Account and Data

• The App uses an app-generated identifier for app functionality, analytics, subscription support, and troubleshooting
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You can delete all app data through the settings menu
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device issues or user actions

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Features and Terms

• Premium Features Include:
  • Ad-free experience with no advertisements
  • Currency additions from the full supported list (free version limited to 5 currencies)
  • The Pro home screen widget on supported iOS and Android devices
  • No in-app ads or ad-related tracking while Premium access is active
  • Priority customer support
• Subscription is auto-renewable monthly or annually unless cancelled
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings
• Subscription benefits are active across all devices signed into the same Apple ID or Google account

5.2 Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

• Billing: All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quick Currency Converter → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Quick Currency Converter → Cancel
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the respective app store (Apple or Google)
• No Direct Refunds: We do not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases
• Current Period: Subscription benefits remain available until the end of the paid period unless the app store determines otherwise

5.3 Trials and Promotions

• Current 1.4.0 monthly and annual Premium plans do not include a free trial unless the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet clearly says otherwise
• If a future trial or promotional offer is available, its availability, length, renewal date, and price will be shown before purchase
• Trial or promotional eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play and may vary by account, country, and prior subscription history

5.4 Price Changes

• Subscription prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes through email and in-app notifications
• Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the App to transmit spam, viruses, or harmful content

7. Data Collection and Privacy

The App handles limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Limited usage analytics tied to an app-generated identifier to improve app functionality
• Crash reporting and performance monitoring for app stability
• Local storage of your preferences and settings
• Subscription status verification through app stores
• Advertising-related data for free users where ads are shown, depending on device settings, region, consent choices, and platform permissions

8. Crash Reporting and Performance Data

• Crash reports are automatically generated when the app encounters errors
• Performance metrics help us optimize app speed and reliability
• Device information (OS version, device model) aids in debugging
• App actions leading to crashes help us identify issues
• Sentry configuration: Default personal information collection is disabled, and sensitive breadcrumb text is filtered where possible
• Data retention: Crash data is automatically deleted after 90 days

9. Exchange Rate Data

• Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers
• Rates are updated periodically but may not reflect real-time market conditions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data
• Always verify rates with your financial institution for actual transactions

10. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by Korutech.io and protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners

Data Collection Summary:

• We limit personal information to data used for app functionality, reliability, subscriptions, analytics, support, and free-version advertising
• Limited usage analytics help improve the app experience

• Saved-list and display preferences are stored locally on your device, while subscription status is verified through app stores and RevenueCat
• You can delete all app data through the settings menu at any time

These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. Premium subscribers do not see in-app ads while Premium access is active.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of exchange rate data
• Security of data transmission

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORUTECH.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korutech.io from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

16. App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to the applicable app store terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail for app store-related matters.

17. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App to improve functionality, security, or compliance
• Updates may be automatically installed on your device
• We may modify these Terms at any time with notice in the App
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new Terms

18. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• You should uninstall the App from your device
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction]
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
